1. How do I apply?
ISC will receive employment-related applications for foreign nationals from clients and check for completeness and fulfilment of the Immigration Department’s requirements. We will submit these applications to the Immigration Department for approval as well as follow-up and monitor the progress of the various applications. Subsequently, we will issue the relevant notifications to the clients.
2. What are the qualifying sectors promoted for application?
Six service-based sectors have been identified as new pillars to strengthen existing economic sectors in the region. These will support the attainment of greater long-term growth and stability for the Iskandar economy. The six targeted service-based sectors (as identified in the Comprehensive Development Plan) are as follows:
- Creative
- Education
- Financial advisory and consulting
- Healthcare
- Logistics
- Tourism
3. What documents do I need?
Client is required to complete the DP10 form and all the requirements and submit to ISC.
