1.   DATE AND PLACE OF REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENT ISSUED
The Tender document can be obtained from the IRDA Main Office, #G-01, Block 8, Danga Bay, Jalan Skudai, 80200 Johor Bahru. The Tender document will be made available from 27th Feb 2012, during working hours (8.30am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 5.30pm). Interested parties are requested to present the original Ministry of Finance certificate as well as a copy of the Ministry of Finance certificate when purchasing the document.
     
2.   DATE AND PLACE OF COMPULSORY BRIEFING
All interested Contractors are required to attend a compulsory briefing session for the project which is scheduled between 9:30 am to 12:00 noon on 29th Feb 2012 at Gual AV room room at IRDA Main Office, #G-01, Block 8, Danga Bay, Jalan Skudai, 80200 Johor Bahru. Contractor who failed to attend the said briefing shall be disqualified from the Tender.
     
3.   DATE AND PLACE OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Completed Tender document should indicate the project title and reference number on the top left corner of a sealed envelope and delivered to the IRDA Main Office, #G-01, Block 8, Danga Bay, Jalan Skudai, 80200 Johor Bahru, no later than 12.00 noon on 26th March 2012.
     
4.   IRDA reserves the right to reject or accept any application and to annul the Tender process and reject all applications, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected applicants or any obligations to inform the applicants on the grounds of action. IRDA will also not be responsible for any cost incurred by the applicants in participating, preparing and completing the Tender documents.
