Singapore and Malaysia Decide to Construct Wellness Centre in Iskandar Malaysia

It has been reported that as part of an iconic economic venture, Singapore and Malaysia have decided to initiate a wellness centre in Iskandar, Malaysia.

This was revealed, last night by the Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak to journalists at the Foreign Correspondents Association.

It is said that the idea of an iconic economic project was unresolved in May last year by the Prime Ministers of Singapore and Malaysia.

The project is to display the promise to construct a tough, creative and long-term relationship.

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak stated, "We have offered areas about 500 acres for that. But we've not concluded it yet. So, that's a subject of intense discussion withSingapore".

He also said that the personal edification source Raffles Education will start a university in Iskandar Malaysia. Also, he explained this as a new step forward for the growth in the southern state of Johor.

According to Mr. Najib, application for University construction has already been made to the Ministry of Higher Education. He also said that mutual relations between Singapore and Malaysia are more positive now.

It is said that further appointment and planning have taken place, and he is optimistic towards improved integration.

Next month, Mr. Najib and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong are planning to get together for a retreat in Singapore for more improvement of mutual relations.
